We will no longer offer lunch service after Friday June 13th

We were torn on this decision to stop serving lunch after Friday June 13th, 2008. The decision comes from the lack of business along with the high cost of goods and labor. The day time staff will miss spending their days with you however, they will look forward to spending their evenings with you as day staff will be moving to the dinner schedule. We thank you with all our heart for supporting us over the years and look forward to seeing you for dinner and brunch in the future. Look for some of our special lunch sandwich favorites to be on our dinner/lounge menu.

Expect better quality and more knowledgeable friendly service from us as we focus on improving to give you more at the HG Bistro. It is our goal to become the best place to dine for brunch and dinner in Puyallup. We have always been passionate about providing quality food and friendly service. We want to insure that we will not just sustain that passion over the years to come, we will always be looking for ways to improve it.
